Food diary Day two Dinner

400 grams of mixed broccoli and cauliflower with a small seasoning of tikka powder and a small ammount of low fat low calorie salad cream  =  100 calories

means i equalled the 400 allowed for today by 5:30pm

its now 7:10 and my disgustingly fat body is hungry, how can i be hungry, theres little calories in broccoli, there was ALOT of it. 

i'm so close to cracking and saying, let myself have 600 calories a day instead of trying to do 4,6,8,10, which is already bad enough, i should have the self control for 2,4,6,8 but i just don't.

i'm starting to feel sick from this empty feeling, and for the first time in my life im craving tea, hot milky sugary tea. but i WILL NOT let myself have it.

Food Diary Day two Lunch

Went to be last night before midnight to stop a second mega binge
didn't allow myself to get up till halfpast eleven, so managed to skip breakfast
its 1pm, and im attempting to eat a microwave cottage pie, it tastes so horrible
but is only 234 calories, and has just 2grams of fat. 
Finished and as typical my fat ass is still hungry, gonna take dinner upto 300calories with a 47 calorie pack of salt and vinegar snack a jacks popcorn and a 23 calorie lemon ice lolly. works out at 304 cals, but cancel the 4 as calories burned eating it.

So dinner = 300 Calories  

I WILL NOT BINGE! just 100 calories of steamed veggies for tea, and no calorie water to drink

400 calorie day of 4,6,8,10 hopefully stuck to.

Completely failed, had a massive binge :(
